Who we are
SoundClinic is a recording studio in Skopje run by Sound Clinic Produkcija DOOEL Skopje (САУНД КЛИНИК ПРОДУКЦИЈА ДООЕЛ Скопје), registered at Nikola Parapunov 41, Karpoš, Skopje, company no. (ЕМБС) 7509634, tax no. (ЕДБ) 4057021555467 ("the studio", "we"). The studio is at the same address, in the Makoteks business building. You can reach us through the contact form.
Booking
- You book a session on soundclinic.mk, with an account or without one. Without an account, you confirm your email with a code we send you.
- A booking is confirmed once you receive the confirmation email.
- Sessions start from 07:00, the last start is at 23:00, and every session ends by 02:00.
- The shortest session is 2 hours. Time is counted in whole hours.
- You can book up to 30 days ahead and hold up to 6 upcoming sessions.
- Bookings are made by people aged 18 or over. Anyone younger comes only with the consent of a parent or guardian, who is responsible for them.
Prices and payment
- Prices are in Macedonian denars. The price you see before you confirm is the price you pay.
- You pay in cash at the studio or by bank transfer. Cards are not accepted.
- Each room's page lists the studio's gear. Extra equipment costs extra, as agreed.
- A discount code is entered when you book and works only with an account.
Cancellation and changes
- You can cancel online up to 24 hours before the start, through the link in your confirmation or in your account. After that, call or write to us.
- To change the time: cancel and book again, or write to us and we'll move it.
- If we have to cancel (a fault, illness or something we cannot prevent), we'll tell you as soon as we can and offer another time. If you have already paid, we refund you.
At the studio
- A session starts and ends at the booked time, even if you arrive late. If you want to keep going and the next slot is free, we carry on, and each extra hour costs extra.
- You use the studio on your own: there is no sound engineer at the session. If you're unsure how something works, ask us before the session.
- Handle the gear with care. If anything is broken or damaged when you arrive, tell us straight away, before you start.
- You pay for repair or replacement of damage caused by you or the people you bring. Normal wear of the gear is not damage.
- Smoking is strictly forbidden. Closed drinks and food are allowed.
- We may end a session if anyone breaks these rules or puts people, the rooms or the gear at risk.
- You are responsible for your own belongings and any gear you bring.
Recordings
- The recordings and music you make at the studio are yours.
- You are responsible for having the rights to what you record and release (for example, other people's songs).
- You get your recordings as agreed, on a physical copy or through our Cloud. We do not promise to keep them after the session: take a copy straight away. We are not responsible for lost recordings.
Account and site
- Your account is yours: keep your password safe and don't share it. You can also sign in with Google or Microsoft.
- We may disable an account that is misused.
- How we use your data is explained in the Privacy Policy.
Liability
We are liable for damage caused by the studio or the people working for it, within the limits the law allows. These terms do not limit your rights as a consumer under the laws of the Republic of North Macedonia.
Changes
We may change these terms. A booking is governed by the terms in force on the day you made it. The date of the last change is at the top of this page.
Law and disputes
The laws of the Republic of North Macedonia apply. If something goes wrong, write to us first and we'll try to sort it out together; if we can't, the competent court in Skopje decides.
